A licensed professional broker for 32 years, Sam began his career heading up a London based real estate firm in New York City. He skillfully researched potential investment opportunities in continually expanding and diversifying markets as well as negotiated financing terms for his clients. He then successfully ran his own residential and commercial real estate brokerage and management firm before moving on to Halstead Properties, one of the premier real estate firms in New York. Under his leadership, Sam was able to achieve multi-million dollar sales volume in the residential market, including homes, townhouses, condominium and cooperatives sales.

Looking forward, Sam is constantly looking for new challenges and is enthusiastic to offer his expertise working with owners, investors, and buyers for residential, commercial or mixed use properties in Florida.
